Ducibella Venter & Santore (DVS) has been involved in the consultation, design, engineering documentation, construction supervision and final turnover implementation for security monitoring and protection systems in hundreds of facilities requiring an enhanced level of protection throughout the world. In addition, DVS has provided security assessments of existing facilities identifying opportunities for physical, operational, and technological security improvement and their potential costs for implementation.

DVS has no association with any products, is not related to any sales or manufacturing organization, and maintains a professional position of product evaluation and specification solely on the basis of need as determined for a particular site.

DVS is seasoned with over 42 years of experience on hundreds of projects.

We provide assistance to architects and design professionals in the selection of architectural security features, physically secure building components, and defensible space design. DVS also provides coordination of mechanical and electrical support systems for both new buildings and retrofit of existing spaces.

DVS’s office utilizes the latest technology for security assessment and documentation creation, especially as required to meet private sector client and Government standards for drawings and specifications production and to maintain confidentiality of those documents. Digital image importation, digital voice recognition text creation software, AutoCAD drawing and detail development and hard metric experience are augmented with a full complement of high speed file printing/plotting and centrally archived LAN administered systems, including automated document tracking and an on-site FTP server. These tools insure rapid and accurate document creation, modification and transmission to appropriate parties. The office routinely manages projects with over 1,000 drawings per project, whose dollar values range from $100K to $3B.
